The Lobster Pickle Two with 10-Function Wi-Fi Remote Control for Apple improves on the original pickleball machine. This machine is much easier to use and offers improved training. The random oscillation found on the pickle two includes 2-line oscillation. With the 2-line feature, the ball is delivered to two alternating pre-set spots on the court, throwing one ball to the forehand side followed by one ball to the backhand side. This is great for singles or doubles training. Electronic elevation from makes for simpler and speedier angle adjustments. Ball Machines can ONLY be shipped to addresses within the Continental United States. California residents are subject to additional state taxes.
Most of our ball machines are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive tracking information.
Shipping Information
- Price includes UPS Ground shipping.
- For air shipping, we will contact you back with a quote.
- All Stringing Machines and Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, and can ONLY be returned to the manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
- All Stringing Machines and Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
- Stringing Machines and Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express.
- Returned products can be subject to a restocking fee, plus shipping costs both ways.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify the condition of the returned product. Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.
Drop Ship Returns
- Any drop-shipped items (shipped directly from the manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express. Please email Crystal@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
- Customers will be responsible for any restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Return shipping labels are not provided for drop drop-shippeds.
- Items must be returned unused with original packaging.

Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service.
Shipping to these states will be a base price of $14.95 + $2 for each additional item.

Canada, Mexico, and other International Orders
At this time, Tennis Express only ships to the United States and all US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and military bases. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.

- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
- Orders over $50 qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.
- If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our return portal to request, for a small fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.

Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges
- Shoes must be in NEW and unworn condition with original product packaging.
- DO NOT use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box. This will ruin the product.

Apparel Returns and Exchanges
- Racquets or Paddles must be in NEW and unused condition with original plastic covering the handle intact.
- Make sure any racquets or paddles are protected to safely endure shipment.
- For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
- All sales are final on the purchase of used racquets.

Drop Ship Returns
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
- For safety concerns, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.
- Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.
Damages and issues
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express prior to shipping. Please email CS@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
- Drop shipped items must be in new and unused condition with original product packaging.
- Any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include the paperwork in your return package.
Please note, the receipt number is the order number.
2. Obtain a return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package.
- Your return qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label (CLICK HERE) if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.
- If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label at a cost of $6.95, deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.
3. Ship the return back to us.
Please note:
- If you use one of our prepaid FedEx labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx Service Station or FedEx Drop Off location.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
- Exchanges will be shipped back to you at no cost via FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.
