What is the Tennis Express Points Program?

TennisExpress Points is our loyalty program that rewards you for shopping with us. Earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts on future orders.

How do I join the Tennis Express Points Program?

Simply create an account on our website, and you'll be automatically enrolled in the TennisExpress Points Program.

How do I earn points?

Earn points with every purchase:

- Gold Tier:  Spend $0–$299 to earn 1 point per dollar.
- Platinum Tier: Spend $300–$799 to earn 1.5 points per dollar.
- Diamond Tier: Spend $800+ to earn 2 points per dollar.

Do my points expire?

Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase per year. After 12 months of inactivity, points will expire.

How do I redeem my points? 

Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Rewards' section. Select the reward you wish to redeem, and a discount will be applied to your next purchase.

Are there any exclusions on earning points?

Points can be earned on most products. However, certain items may be excluded from the program. Please refer to our terms and conditions for a detailed list.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
