His legendary status needs no introduction. Roger Federer captured the career Grand Slam in 2009 by winning the French Open. He has 20 grand slams and has held the #1 ranking for 310 weeks. He represented his country in Davis Cup (winning team, 2014) and Olympic competitions (Doubles Gold in 2008, Singles Silver in 2012). Federer has also tied Bjorn Borg’s record of 5 consecutive Wimbledon titles and has won Wimbledon 8 times. In 2009 he married his wife Mirka, and the couple has 2 sets of twins. He founded the RF Foundation in 2003, investing over $50 million to support community-driven initiatives to improve education in Southern Africa. He was named one of 100 Most Influential People of 2018 by Time Magazine and was recognized in the 2019 Forbes Fab 40 as the World's Most Valuable Athlete Brand. In 2018 after 20 years with Nike, Federer launched a new era switching to Uniqlo clothing for a record 10 year, $300+ million dollar deal. Shortly thereafter, Federer partnered with On, a Swiss company that with his help has crossed over into tennis retail. On has already released the second generation ROGER PRO shoe and the recently launched CLUBHOUSE PRO. They offer tennis inspired casual shoes like The ROGER Advantage, and The ROGER Centre Court. After his retirement in 2022, Federer continued to work with Wilson to develop the RF Collection. The collection includes 3 RF 01 tennis racquets, stylish tennis bags, and racquet accessories. Federer continues to influence the game even in retirement.
