Benefits of Registration
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive via phone at 713-435-4818.
We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Correct an Error on My Order
If you've made an error on your order (an address typo, put the wrong items in your shopping cart, etc) just give us a call at 713-435-4818. and we will correct the error for you. Make sure to call us right away after the order has been placed. If your order has already shipped we may not be able to make the correction.
Product Availability
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not immediately available for shipment, you will be notified via email within 2 business days. We will make every effort to ship your order complete. However, if one item is on an extended backorder, we will ship the order in 2 parts. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered.

FAQs
- We accept credit cards issued outside of the United States. Such orders are automatically treated as international orders.
- We do not offer the ability to split payments onto multiple credit cards at this time.
- Multiple gift cards may be used on an order.
- We do not accept Apple Pay at this time.
Team Orders
High school teams, collegiate teams, league teams, etc. all have the option to pay via purchase order, and may qualify for discounts. Please contact Team@TennisExpress.com for more information. We offer savings on tennis shoes, apparel, bags, and various accessories.
Multiple Billing Addresses
You cannot have more than one billing address.
You can change your billing address by editing your accont information. If you have another credit card with a different billing address just edit the address in your account.

How to Place an International Order
At this time, Tennis Express only ships to the United States and all US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and military bases. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.

Apparel Warranty
Apparel are not guaranteed under any manufacturer's warranty. However, Tennis Express will still accept returns on defective items within 90 days after they were purchased.

Sunglasses Warranty
Manufacturer's warranties on sunglasses vary from brand to brand. You can see the specifications of the warranty of your sunglasses by searching for your brand below. If your sunglasses qualify for replacement, follow the warranty directions for replacement.
Bolle 1-year warranty
Bolle will replaced or repair at their option, free of charge with proof of purchase of any Bolle sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period.
The warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage caused by improper or unreasonable use of this product. Bolle lenses are not warranted against scratching.

This guarantee does not cover damage related to normal wear and tear of the product. All cosmetic deterioration, including scuffing, staining, and scratches on the product shall not be considered as defects in materials manufacturing or workmanship. This warranty also does not apply to any damage resulting from excessive use, abuse or mishandling.

Solar Bat 90-day warranty
Your Sunglasses have a 90- day warranty on Manufacturer's defects. Simply return the sunglasses to Solar Bat for replacement or repair. After 90 days, any broken frame part will be replaced for shipping and handling and lenses will be replaced for $15.00 per lens for a long as you own the glasses. Solar Bat reserves the right to substitute frame styles if frame style has been discontinued.
