The 7900 Els w/6pt Quick Mount+ Mounting System Stringing Machine is manufactured by Gamma and it has some substantial upgrades. Gamma have been making industry leading machines for decades. The 7900 features durable and reliable 4-tooth universal stainless steel clamps, and auto-release  clamp bases.

• New Touch Screen Display: enhance the user experience by providing enhanced accessibility and reliability as well as a sleek and modern design. Increased durability of the control panel by eliminating pressable buttons, ultimately furthering the machine’s longevity. Easy access to calibration and additional machine features through a new “Settings” button.

• Electronically controlled, constant pull tensioning system provides precise tension control from 11.0 to 90.0 lbs (5.0 to 40.0 kgs) in 0.1 increments – 110/220 volt – Tensioner is a modular component that can be easily removed for maintenance or servicing when needed

• Quick Closing linear string gripper for quick tensioning

• New A240 Mounting System: These new systems improve on the previous designs by increasing mounting stability and efficiency. Fixed, nonadjustable shoulder “V” mounts secure frames without risking movement during string installation. Built to mount anything from oversized tennis racquets to slim badminton frames. New “Quick Lock” feature offers fast mounting stand adjustment to small, medium, and large frame sizes. Fine adjustments at the head and throat are hexagonal for added stability and are triple threaded to decrease time spent mounting frames. Sleek ergonomic mounting arm design.

New TT16 turntable design: Includes “Quick Lock” for mounting stand positioning. Beed blasted surface is extra smooth and durable to ensure smooth clamp base operation. Scratch resistant surface ensures easy clamp base operation over the life of the machine.

Updated Auto Release clamp bases: The MARC11 update includes an engineering plastic bottom plate which works in conjunction with the new turntable surface to increase smooth operation. Engineering plastic reduces risk of scratching and residue build up over the machine’s life. Newly designed clamping chassis also designed to increase movement speed and efficiency

Most of our stringing machines are items that ship directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive tracking information.

  • Please Note that customers are required to sign for packages upon delivery.
  • Price includes UPS Ground shipping.
  • For air shipping we will contact you back with a quote.
  • All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
  • All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Stringing Machines/Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express.
  • Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by customer.
  • Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned.
  • Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.

 

Drop ship returns:

  • Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express. Please email Crystal@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
  • Any restocking fees and return shipping costs, customer will be responsible for.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items.
  • Items must be returned unused with original packaging.

Our 90 Day Return Policy Tennis Express believes in providing our customers with the best selection of tennis products and innovative game improvement gear. If the products are not to your liking, please take comfort in knowing you can return or exchange unused products within 90 days of the delivery date.   How to Return

Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation
  1. Log in to your account: 
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5.  Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
 
  • Orders over $50 qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
  • Limit 1 free return label per order.
  • Valid only for the continental United States.
  • If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our return portal to request, for a small fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.

  • If you use one of our prepaid labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx or USPS Service Station.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.

  • Shoes must be in NEW and unworn condition with original product packaging.

    Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges
  • Racquets or Paddles must be in NEW and unused condition with original plastic covering the handle intact.
  • Make sure any racquets or paddles are protected to safely endure shipment.
  • For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
  • All sales are final on the purchase of used racquets.

  Apparel Returns and Exchanges
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
  • For safety concerns, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.
  • Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.
  Drop Ship Returns
  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
How To Return

1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include the paperwork in your return package.
Please note, the receipt number is the order number.

2. Obtain a return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package.

  • Your return qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label (CLICK HERE) if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
    • Limit 1 free return label per order.
    • Valid only for the continental United States.
  • If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label at a cost of $6.95, deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.

3. Ship the return back to us.
Please note:

  • If you use one of our prepaid FedEx labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx Service Station or FedEx Drop Off location.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
  • Exchanges will be shipped back to you at no cost via FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.
  • Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.
