The Sports Tutor Tennis Tutor Plus Player with 2 button Remote AC and DC model will sharpen your skills, build your confidence, and raise the level of your game. With its small and lightweight construction, the Tennis Tutor is portable enough to take anywhere you want, yet powerful enough to challenge top-level players. In fact, Tennis Tutor is used by tennis pros at the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Training Center in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. The Tennis Tutor Plus Player features spin control capability, an elevation setting, and Player Mode.
With the push of a button, the Player Mode simulates a real player on the other side of the net. Choose from Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced setting and the Tennis tutor Plus Player automatically sets the appropriate speed and spin, then changes both the side-to-side position and depth of the shots. The side-to-side position and depth are not random, but are computer programmed to simulate the shot patterns of a real player.
2-Line function: Automatically shoots to two preset court positions. This feature allows you to practice alternating forehand and backhand shots, or allows an instructor to automatically shoot to two lines of students. There are two 2-line settings, narrow and wide, for added versatility.
The Tennis Tutor Plus Player with 2 button Remote AC and DC model comes with a rechargeable heavy duty battery that allows for 4-6 hours of court play time, which is great for players who want to practice for an extended length of time. On the control panel is a built-in battery charge indicator that beeps when there is only one-half hour of battery charge left. The Tennis Tutor opens up in just seconds to hold 150 balls and the simple to use control panel lets you quickly set your preferences and play. The Tennis Tutor Plus models are all available with AC/DC capability. That means you can play at your home or school court using AC power, then take the machine with you to a court without an electrical outlet and use it there too. There is no separate battery charger necessary as the machine charges the battery any time it is plugged into a live AC outlet. And it is worry-free since the internal smart charger will always keep your machine ready to play without overcharging the battery.
Wireless 2-button remote control: Tennis Tutor and Tennis Tutor Plus are both available with a two-button wireless remote control. The hand-held remote lets you start and stop ball delivery, and control the side-to-side position of the ball throws.

Shipping Information
- Price includes UPS Ground shipping.
- For air shipping, we will contact you back with a quote.
- All Stringing Machines and Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, and can ONLY be returned to the manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
- All Stringing Machines and Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
- Stringing Machines and Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express.
- Returned products can be subject to a restocking fee, plus shipping costs both ways.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify the condition of the returned product.Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.
Drop Ship Returns
- Any drop shipped items (shipped directly from the manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express. Please email Crystal@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
- Customers will be responsible for any restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items.
- Items must be returned unused with original packaging.

Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service.

- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
- Orders over $50 qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.

Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges
- Shoes must be in NEW and unworn condition with original product packaging.
- DO NOT use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box. This will ruin the product.

Apparel Returns and Exchanges
- Racquets or Paddles must be in NEW and unused condition with original plastic covering the handle intact.
- Make sure any racquets or paddles are protected to safely endure shipment.
- For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
- All sales are final on the purchase of used racquets.

Drop Ship Returns
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
- For safety concerns, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.
- Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.
Damages and issues
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include the paperwork in your return package.
Please note, the receipt number is the order number.
2. Obtain a return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package.
- Your return qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label (CLICK HERE) if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.
- If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label at a cost of $6.95, deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.
3. Ship the return back to us.
Please note:
- If you use one of our prepaid FedEx labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx Service Station or FedEx Drop Off location.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
- Exchanges will be shipped back to you at no cost via FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.
