The majority of our demos are originally strung at 55 pounds, however, due to a shortage of inventory, we do have some variances in some of the models. We recommend confirming with a demo specialist before making any purchases.

Get Fast, Free, Domestic Shipping for Orders Over $50
- Valid in the 48 Contiguous U.S. only. Limited time offer. Applies to In-Stock items.
- Order must have an actual or dimensional weight of 7 pounds or less.
- Offer not valid on oversized or heavy items (cases of balls, can of balls, demo racquets, etc.).
- Not valid on drop ship items like stringing machines and ball machines.
- Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or select holidays.
- Most orders placed by 2pm CST will be shipped that day.
- Customers will be contacted via email or telephone with order issues or shipping delays.

Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service.
Shipping to these states will be a base price of $14.95 + $2 for each additional item.
**Shipping via USPS Priority provides minimal tracking information and normally delivers within 5-7 business days.

Canada, Mexico, and other International Orders
At this time, Tennis Express only ships to the United States and all US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and military bases. Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.

Returns and Exchanges
Our 90 Day Return Policy Tennis Express believes in providing our customers with the best selection of tennis products and innovative game improvement gear. If the products are not to your liking, please take comfort in knowing you can return or exchange unused products within 90 days of the delivery date. How to Return
Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation
- Log in to your account:
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
- Orders over $50 qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.
- If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our return portal to request, for a small fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.

- If you use one of our prepaid labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx or USPS Service Station.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges
- Shoes must be in NEW and unworn condition with original product packaging.
- DO NOT use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box. This will ruin the product.
- For shoe outsole warranty claims, please visit our Shoe Warranty page.
Apparel Returns and Exchanges
- Racquets or Paddles must be in NEW and unused condition with original plastic covering the handle intact.
- Make sure any racquets or paddles are protected to safely endure shipment.
- For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
- All sales are final on the purchase of used racquets.

Drop Ship Returns
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
- For safety concerns, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.
- Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.
Damages and issues
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express prior to shipping. Please email CS@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
- Drop shipped items must be in new and unused condition with original product packaging.
- Any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
How To Return
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and include the paperwork in your return package.
Please note, the receipt number is the order number.
2. Obtain a return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package.
- Your return qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label (CLICK HERE) if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
- Limit 1 free return label per order.
- Valid only for the continental United States.
- If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label at a cost of $6.95, deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.
3. Ship the return back to us.
Please note:
- If you use one of our prepaid FedEx labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx Service Station or FedEx Drop Off location.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
- Exchanges will be shipped back to you at no cost via FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Wilson`s Blade 100UL v9 Demo Tennis Racquet enhances the frame with STABLEFEEL. The new Blade technology provides an enhanced, firmer feel that increases stability and provides improved feedback on every shot. This works hand in hand with Direct Connect technology which connects the end cap to the carbon fiber, as opposed to the foam in the racquet handle. The result is a marked improvement in torsional stability. Also with v9, a new click-and-go grommet system is easier to replace and more durable than previous versions. The new emerald green color brings a new look for the v9, and for seasoned players who crave control and a crisp clean feel at contact, the v9 Blade will not disappoint. You can expect more power from the Blade 100 thanks to the slightly thicker beam and larger head size. The 100UL is the lightest Blade model in the lineup. It brings a nice level of control to a very mobile racquet.
