Our Shipping Policy

Get Fast, Free, Domestic Shipping for Orders Over $50

• Valid in the 48 Contiguous U.S. only. Limited time offer. Applies to In-Stock items.
• Order must have an actual or dimensional weight of 7 pounds or less.
• Offer not valid on oversized or heavy items (cases of balls, can of balls, demo racquets, etc.).
• Not valid on drop ship items like stringing machines and ball machines.
• Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or select holidays.
• Most orders placed by 2pm CST will be shipped that day.
• Customers will be contacted via email or telephone with order issues or shipping delays.
• Please provide contact information where you can be reached quickly.
• We are not responsible for weather-related delays.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO Addresses

Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service.
Shipping to these states will be a base price of $14.95 + $2 for each additional item.
**Shipping via USPS Priority provides minimal tracking information and normally delivers within 5-7 business days.
*** Any shipping promotions offered by Tennis Express DOES NOT apply to shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states.

Canada, Mexico, and other International Orders

At this time, Tennis Express only ships to the United States and all US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and military bases.   Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship to countries outside of the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

Our 90 Day Return Policy Tennis Express believes in providing our customers with the best selection of tennis products and innovative game improvement gear. If the products are not to your liking, please take comfort in knowing you can return or exchange unused products within 90 days of the delivery date.   How to Return

Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation

1. Log in to your account: 
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5.  Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 

• Orders over $50 qualifies for a free prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $50 (pre-tax) after the return.
• Limit 1 free return label per order.
• Valid only for the continental United States.
• If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, you may still use our return portal to request, for a small fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping any items back to us. Please keep hold of any tracking information.

Please note:

• If you use one of our prepaid labels, you may drop the shipment off at any authorized FedEx or USPS Service Station.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.

• Shoes must be in NEW and unworn condition with original product packaging.
• DO NOT use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box. This will ruin the product.
• For shoe outsole warranty claims, please visit our Shoe Warranty page.

    Racquet and Paddle Returns and Exchanges

• Racquets or Paddles must be in NEW and unused condition with original plastic covering the handle intact.
• Make sure any racquets or paddles are protected to safely endure shipment.
• For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
• All sales are final on the purchase of used racquets.

  Apparel Returns and Exchanges

• Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
• For safety concerns, we cannot accept used or washed clothing.
• Apparel items carry NO warranty from the manufacturer.

  Drop Ship Returns

• Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express prior to shipping. Please email CS@TennisExpress.com with your return request.
• Drop shipped items must be in new and unused condition with original product packaging.
• Any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.

  Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Our 7 Day Price Match Guarantee

This Price Match Guarantee may be requested at time of purchase by contacting one of our friendly team members at 713-435-4800 ext. 1 or email CS@TennisExpress.com 

At Tennis Express we have a Price Match Guarantee so you can shop with confidence. We will gladly match any advertised price, in print or online, by an AUTHORIZED retailer for the exact item that you have purchased within the past 7 days.

Conditions of Price Match Guarantee:

• Price must be published and verified on Authorized Retailer website by Tennis Express (competitor coupons and/or one-time discounts do not qualify). 
• Item must be identical brand name/make/model/size/color, and specifications.  
• The item must be in stock at time of Price Match Guarantee.  
• Valid up to 7-days from date of purchase.   
• Price Match cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons. 
• One request per item purchased.  
• Direct sales from manufacture, third-party sellers, or auction websites are exempt from this guarantee.  
• Shipping and delivery fees are not eligible for Price Matching. 
• Products subject to MAP policy (which are restrictions established by select manufacturers such as Babolat, Wilson, Yonex, Head, Volkl, Dunlop, Adidas, Nike, and others) do not qualify. 

Eligible price adjustments will be made upon request to the original form of payment or issued as a Tennis Express e-gift card.

Tennis Express reserves the right to approve authorized retailers.

Other Exclusions:
Clearance, final sales, damaged, used, open packages, refurbished, pre-owned, or closeout products.
